STEP TWO : ThinkTank will email you rates and complete plan information within one hour (during business hours or the next day if after 7PM).
STEP THREE: CapCare Benefits will email you a link to the “enrollment portal” for the Member Benefit Program. Once you complete the enrollment process you are automatically approved.
Enrollment for January 1, 2026 starts on November 15, 2025.

Please note the following enrollment deadlines & requirements
Open enrollment for January 1, 2026 is November 15, 2025 through November 30, 2025. After November 30th you can still be enrolled for January 1, 2026 by emailing robin@thinktankip.com.
Thereafter the enrollment deadline is as follows:
Enrollment must be completed 30 days prior to the effective date.
New members can enroll on the first of any month during the year.
You must be actively at work.
Marriage certificates for an enrolled spouse and birth certificates for enrolled dependents are required.
