How It Works
This comprehensive health benefits program is offered as a member benefit to Core Financial Members of Local 426. Amalgamated Local 426 accesses certain member benefits through a Sponsoring Union, Amalgamated Local 298 and Amalgamated Local 22 which is a Self-Insured Taft Hartley Welfare Fund.
The progam is available to all group sizes, including sole proprietors and 1099 contractors. It provides customized healthcare support, access to the BCBS PPO National Network and large group rates for members.
CapCare is the Program Manager. CapCare was founded on the premise of providing a single-source, turn-key employee healthcare solution that are affordable and more transparent.
How To Enroll
STEP ONE: Click on “Enroll now” below and complete basic information.
STEP TWO: ThinkTank will email you rates and complete plan information within one hour (during business hours or the next day if after 7PM).
STEP THREE: You will receive an email from capcarenotifications@jet-insure.com that will include a link to activate your account in the “enrollment portal”. Once you complete the enrollment process you are automatically approved.
